[ DAY 132 ] back back back

I ran today after more than a week since my last 10K run, and I could barely moved 3km. My right ankle hurt a lot, so I stopped running after 1.80km or so, and I walked the rest of my 3km. Well, I started after that many days frozen, so I guess this will help me get back on track.

I listened to audiobook Wild by Cheryl Strayed while out running. It is my third time going through the book and I love it.
